AT THE GEOGRAPHY OF PHILOSOPHY PROJECT
statistical & data analysis consultant, part-time
The Geography of Philosophy Project (https://www.geographyofphilosophy.com/), funded by the John Templeton Foundation, seeks a part-time statistical and data analysis consultant for a period of one year, with the possibility of a renewal for an additional year and a half. The consultant would help to develop and run statistical models of cross-cultural survey data, and assist with analysis and write-up of results for project publications. The position includes co-authorship on all publications contributed to, as well as a consulting fee. Estimated workload is between 5 and 10 hours per week. The position is open at any level post-PhD. A record of modeling experience in quantitative social science, life sciences, or statistics required.
